Block Build Ventures is a new real estate investment company harnessing blockchain to modernize the way capital is raised, managed, and distributed for real estate acquisition and development investments. Through tokenization, we open access for retail investors to participate in high-quality real estate opportunities traditionally reserved for larger institutions, while providing real estate operators with a streamlined platform to efficiently manage capital accounts, contributions, distributions, and investor communications.

Block Build Ventures will leverage blockchain-based capital raising to fund multifamily development investments in Sunbelt, Mountain West and Mid-Atlantic markets of the United States. Currently, the vast majority of transaction volume is concentrated between larger ($40M+) deals capitalized by institutional capital, and smaller transactions (less than $10M) capitalized by "friends and family" investors and managed by inexperienced sponsors. Block Build Ventures will exploit the lack of competition in this middle market gap by targeting $10-$40M projects too small for institutional investors and too large for unseasoned sponsors with limited access to syndication capital.
